- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 green pepper, cubed
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1 lb. spaghetti
Directions

1Take 1 pound of bacon and cut into cubes; brown.

2Add 1 cup sliced mushrooms, garlic and green pepper; saute with bacon.

3Set aside and save fat in pan.

4In a spaghetti bowl, beat 2 eggs.

5Add parsley and grated cheese.

6Cook 1 pound of spaghetti.

7Save 1/2 cup of water.

8Fold spaghetti into egg mixture.

9Let set 3 minutes.

10Add 1/2 cup of boiling water; mix well.

11Heat first mixture of bacon and vegetables; pour over spaghetti.
