- 1 lb spaghetti
- 10 oz bacon
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup egg beaters
- 1/3 cup parsley
- 4 clove garlic
Directions

1Follow package instructions to prepare spaghetti, adding salt to the water.

2before draining, scoop out 1 cup of pasta water & set aside.

3drain the pasta.

4cook bacon in saute pan until crispy.

5chop bacon into pieces.

6add garlic & black pepper.

7add the bacon & garlic to the spaghetti.

8coat the spaghetti.

9remove pan from the heat & add parmesan cheese, egg beaters & pasta water.

10quickly toss to coat.

11sprinkle chopped parsley over the pasta, toss & serve.
