- 6 slices Ham
- 1 can (4 To 6 Oz. Can) Mushrooms
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 2 cups Elbow Macaroni
- 3 cups Milk
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Celery Soup
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Chop ham into bite-size pieces.

3Put into a rectangle baking dish with mushrooms (drained), onion and macaroni.

4Mix the milk and soups and pour the mixture over the top.

5Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.

6Pull out, uncover, sprinkle with cheese and put back in the oven, uncovered, for another 10 minutes or so until cheese is golden brown.

7This recipe is so versatile.

8You can use two cans of one kind of soup if that is all you have or if you have neither cream of mushroom or celery, how about cream of chicken?
