Pasta Con Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 box medium shell noodles
  • 10 oz. to 1 lb. broccoli fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 8 oz. drained mushrooms (or fresh)
  • 8 oz. Tomato sauce
  • 2 C. Half and Half
  • 1 C. Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, pepper and garlic to taste

Directions

    Cook noodles and broccoli together on one pan till done. Drain.

    Saute mushrooms in butter.
  3. 3
    Mix broccoli and noodles with mushrooms and butter. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes or until thick.

    (More milk can be added if it gets too thick.)
