Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. cottage cheese (low-fat, small curd)
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 16 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
- 1 (13 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Mix spinach, Mozzarella cheese, egg white, Parmesan cheese and nutmeg until blended.

3Fill each pasta shell with a heaping tablespoonful of spinach mixture.

4Place in greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.

5Spoon sauce over shells.

6Cover with foil.

7Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
