Ingredients

  • 3 Apples peeled and cut into wedges (I like a Mutsu Apple)
  • 2 Tablespoon Of sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon of butter
  • 1 dash of Salt

Directions

    In a skillet over medium heat, melt your butter

    Lay your apples in the skillet, mine were frozen from where I worked them up over the fall, but fresh work as well.

    Dust the sugar on top of the apples as well as the salt.

    Cook on low, not stirring until the apples are tender and the moisture in the pan has evaporated, about 15 to 20 minutes.
