Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 lb. plum tomatoes
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Cook spaghetti and set aside.

2Heat oil in skillet.

3Add garlic and cook 10 seconds.

4Add spaghetti, tomatoes, eggs, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and oregano.

5Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.

6Put skillet in 350° oven. Broil for 5 minutes.

7Remove from oven and cool slightly.

8Cut into wedges and serve.
