- 1 pkg. orzo pasta
- 2 large cans crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
- 2 cans mandarin oranges
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 8 to 10 oz. Cool Whip
Directions

1Cook and drain pasta according to package directions.

2Drain pineapple, saving juice.

3Drain oranges.

4Refrigerate fruit. Combine pineapple juice, sugar, flour and eggs in saucepan.

5Cook until mixture thickens.

6Pour mixture over cooked pasta; cover and refrigerate overnight.

7Add fruit and Cool Whip.

8Stir until well mixed.
