- 8 oz. pasta, spaghetti
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. white vinegar
- 2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley*
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh basil*
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook pasta according to package; drain well.

2Combine oil and vinegar in jar; cover and shake vigorously.

3In large skillet, combine cooked pasta, oil-vinegar mixture and tomatoes.

4Heat over low heat, tossing gently.

5Add parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly.

6Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese.
