  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 1 yellow pepper, chopped
  • 2 zucchini, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 34 cup fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons basil
  • 3 tablespoons broth
  • 16 ounces rotelle pasta, cooked
  • 1 (6 ounce) can black olives

Directions

    Spray skill with cooking spray and saute broccoli, zucchini, yellow pepper and garlic for 5 minutes.

    Add tomatoes and saute for 2 more minutes.

    In blender add parsley, basil and broth and blend until fine and moist.

    Add herbs and vegetables to pasta.

    Toss well.

    Garnish with black olives.
