- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
- olive oil
- 1 (6 1/4 oz.) can solid white tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 1/4 tsp. Italian seasonings, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
- 2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
Directions

1Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and toss in a large bowl with 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil (makes about 3 cups).

2Cool, then add tuna, peas and cheese; set aside.
