Ingredients

  • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
  • olive oil
  • 1 (6 1/4 oz.) can solid white tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 1/4 tsp. Italian seasonings, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
  • 2 c. halved cherry tomatoes

Directions

    Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and toss in a large bowl with 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil (makes about 3 cups).

    Cool, then add tuna, peas and cheese; set aside.
