  • 1 lb dried pasta, I used baby farfalle
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz grated romano cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 large cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
