  • 2 cups uncooked corkscrew macaroni
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 12 cup milk
  • 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
  • 14 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
  • 12 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced into rings
  • 1 12 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)

    Combine eggs and milk; stir into cooked macaroni.
