  • 1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 3 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 lb. diced Cheddar cheese
  • 1 diced red onion
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
