- 12 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 c. white wine
- 1/3 c. fresh basil, chopped
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 lb. penne pasta
Directions

1Place tomatoes, oil and garlic in frying pan.

2Add salt and pepper to taste.

3Heat on medium heat for 5 minutes.

4Add basil and white wine to pan; heat 3 more minutes.

5Cook pasta according to directions and drain well.

6Stir sauce in pan and pour over penne.
