- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
- 1 (28 oz.) can Pastene chunky-style tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 12 pitted and chopped Greek Kalamata olives
- 1 can anchovy fillets, drained and chopped
- 1 lb. cooked linguine pasta
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat oil in large, deep frypan.

2Add onion and garlic; cook until garlic is lightly colored and add tomatoes.

3Then add pepper flakes, olives and anchovies.

4Let cook for about 25 minutes. Cook pasta al dente and toss with sauce.

5Serve with Parmesan cheese.
