- 1 Tablespoon Garlic
- 1 dash Red Pepper Flakes
- 3 teaspoons Black Olives
- 2 Tablespoons Capers
- 2 dashes Olive Oil
- 2 cans (10 Oz. Size) Rotel
- 1 pound Penne Pasta
Directions

1Brown or saute garlic, red pepper flakes, olives and capers in oil for about 10 minutes, stirring a few times.

2While this is browning, put Rotel (drained) on medium heat.

3Then add garlic, pepper flakes, capers, olives to the Rotel.

4Mix, simmer for 10 minutes.

5Cook pasta as directed on box/package.

6I use penne but any choice of pasta will do.

7Drain water from pasta, add sauce mixture to pasta, add your favorite bread and enjoy.
