Ingredients

  • 8 oz. (2 1/2 c.) uncooked pasta shells
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. broccoli flowerets
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 4 oz. cooked ham, cut into 3 x 1/2-inch strips
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton (1 c.) sour cream
  • 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper

Directions

    Cook pasta according to package directions.

    Rinse with hot water and drain.

    In skillet, melt butter; add broccoli, onion and ham and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender.

    Combine pasta and skillet mixture in serving bowl.

    In same skillet, stir together sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Pour over pasta mixture and mix well.
