- 8 oz. (2 1/2 c.) uncooked pasta shells
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. broccoli flowerets
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 4 oz. cooked ham, cut into 3 x 1/2-inch strips
- 1 (8 oz.) carton (1 c.) sour cream
- 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions.

2Rinse with hot water and drain.

3In skillet, melt butter; add broccoli, onion and ham and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender.

4Combine pasta and skillet mixture in serving bowl.

5In same skillet, stir together sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

6Pour over pasta mixture and mix well.

7Makes 6 servings.
