Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. shell pasta
  • 2 c. broccoli flowers
  • 1 c. cauliflower flowers
  • 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 6 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed, chopped
  • 1 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 2/3 c. Italian salad dressing
  • 1 medium avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped

Directions

    Cook pasta; rinse with cold water.

    In large bowl, mix first 7 ingredients.

    Toss with Italian dressing. Cover and chill several hours. At serving time, toss with tomato and avocado.

    Makes 12 to 16 servings.
