Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. shell pasta
- 2 c. broccoli flowers
- 1 c. cauliflower flowers
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 6 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed, chopped
- 1 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 2/3 c. Italian salad dressing
- 1 medium avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
Directions

1Cook pasta; rinse with cold water.

2In large bowl, mix first 7 ingredients.

3Toss with Italian dressing. Cover and chill several hours. At serving time, toss with tomato and avocado.

4Makes 12 to 16 servings.
