Ingredients
- 2 lb cooked macaroni
- 2 carrots chopped finely
- 2 green peppers
- 1/2 head broccoli
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 1/2 c shredded cheese of preference
- 1/2 lb pepperoni or more to taste
- 1 bottle of italian dressing
Directions

1Cook macaroni according to package directions.

2Then drain, rinse with cold water.

3Chop vegetables then add to the macaroni. Add italian dressing and pepperoni, mix well.

4Chill until ready to serve.

5May need to add more dressing if salad is chilled overnight because pasta may become dry.

6Top with cheese before serving.
