Ingredients

  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. black olives
  • 1/2 c. green olives
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 2/3 c. oil (I use a little less)
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 3/4 lb. macaroni (use colorful vegetable pasta)

Directions

    Cook macaroni; rinse in cold water.

    Combine oil and vinegar. Put all ingredients in large bowl.

    Pour oil and vinegar over all. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
