- 1 box pasta shells
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Cook pasta shells.

2Mix other ingredients together.

3Pour 1/2 of mixed ingredients over the cooked shells.

4Mix well. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

5Just before serving, pour the other half over shells and mix.

6Serve.
