  • 1 pkg. rotini pasta (cork-screw shape)
  • 2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 tomato, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 can olives, drained and sliced
  • 1 bottle artichoke hearts, sliced
  • won bok, cut into bite sized pieces

Directions

    Prepare pasta according to package directions.

    Mix dressing according to package directions.

    In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
