Ingredients
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 oz. pimento
- 1 mild onion, chopped
- 1 medium cucumber, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. pasta
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
Directions

1Cook and blanch pasta with salad oil.

2Cool.

3Cook together the sugar and vinegar.

4Set aside to cool, then add ingredients and mix with cooled pasta.

5Can be made one or two days ahead. (Use large shell mostaccioli noodles.)
