  • 4 c. uncooked rotini
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 sweet red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 c. broccoli flowerets
  • 1 (6 oz.) can sliced ripe olives
  • 1 (8 oz.) commercial Italian salad dressing

Directions

    Cook rotini according to package directions; drain.

    Rinse the pasta with cold water and drain.

    Combine pasta and remaining ingredients, tossing well.
