- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 sweet red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 c. broccoli flowerets
- 1 (6 oz.) can sliced ripe olives
- 1 (8 oz.) commercial Italian salad dressing
Directions

1Cook rotini according to package directions; drain.

2Rinse the pasta with cold water and drain.

3Combine pasta and remaining ingredients, tossing well.
