Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. mixed pasta (8 oz. pkg. carrot, spinach and egg pasta)
  • 4 oz. summer sausage
  • 4 oz. ham
  • 4 oz. pepperoni
  • 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can pitted black olives (small can)
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • 1 c. cherry tomatoes, cut in halves

Directions

    Prepare pasta according to package directions.

    Drain and allow to cool.

    Cut meats and cheeses into bite-size pieces. Combine with cooled pasta and mix thoroughly.

    Add olives and dressing to taste.

    Refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with tomato halves.
