Ingredients
- 1 pkg. mixed pasta (8 oz. pkg. carrot, spinach and egg pasta)
- 4 oz. summer sausage
- 4 oz. ham
- 4 oz. pepperoni
- 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 1 can pitted black olives (small can)
- 1 bottle Italian dressing
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
Directions

1Prepare pasta according to package directions.

2Drain and allow to cool.

3Cut meats and cheeses into bite-size pieces. Combine with cooled pasta and mix thoroughly.

4Add olives and dressing to taste.

5Refrigerate for 2 hours.

6Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with tomato halves.
