Ingredients

  • 2 c. colored garden style twirl pasta
  • 1 c. fresh broccoli, cut up
  • 1 c. fresh cauliflower, cut up
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 c. tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
  • 1 small can canned shrimp or 1 small can diced, minced crab meat (optional)

Directions

    Cook pasta according to directions on the package.

    Cut broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, cucumber and tomatoes into nice large chunks into a medium-sized bowl.

    Add pasta and about 3/4 of the Italian dressing.

    Stir thoroughly.

    Add more dressing until desired taste.

    To easily turn this into a seafood pasta salad, add a small can of either shrimp or minced crab meat to your pasta salad.

    Chill before serving.
