- 2 c. colored garden style twirl pasta
- 1 c. fresh broccoli, cut up
- 1 c. fresh cauliflower, cut up
- 1 carrot
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 c. tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
- 1 small can canned shrimp or 1 small can diced, minced crab meat (optional)
Directions

1Cook pasta according to directions on the package.

2Cut broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, cucumber and tomatoes into nice large chunks into a medium-sized bowl.

3Add pasta and about 3/4 of the Italian dressing.

4Stir thoroughly.

5Add more dressing until desired taste.

6To easily turn this into a seafood pasta salad, add a small can of either shrimp or minced crab meat to your pasta salad.

7Chill before serving.
