  • 1 c. spiral-shaped pasta, uncooked
  • 1 c. broccoli florets
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and sliced 1/4-inch
  • 2 green onions (tops included), sliced 1/2-inch
  • 1 medium carrot, diced 1/4-inch
  • 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced 1/4-inch
  • 1/2 c. low calorie Italian dressing
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh basil or 1 Tbsp. dried, crushed

Directions

    Cook and drain pasta.

    Combine with vegetables.

    Pour in salad dressing.

    Refrigerate at least 12 hours.

    Stir before serving. Makes 8 (2/3 cup) servings.
