- 1 c. spiral-shaped pasta, uncooked
- 1 c. broccoli florets
- 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and sliced 1/4-inch
- 2 green onions (tops included), sliced 1/2-inch
- 1 medium carrot, diced 1/4-inch
- 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced 1/4-inch
- 1/2 c. low calorie Italian dressing
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh basil or 1 Tbsp. dried, crushed
Directions

1Cook and drain pasta.

2Combine with vegetables.

3Pour in salad dressing.

4Refrigerate at least 12 hours.
