- 1 box Mueller's twist trio
- 1 (16 oz.) bottle Pfeiffer fat-free Italian salad dressing
- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and zucchini)
Directions

1Cook pasta according to directions on box.

2Put frozen vegetables in strainer.

3Drain pasta over frozen vegetables. After all water has been drained from pasta and vegetables, pour into desired bowl.

4Pour salad dressing over pasta and vegetables; mix together.

5The flavor comes out better when prepared overnight.
