Ingredients

  • 1 box macaroni shells
  • 1 can black olives (pitted)
  • 1/2 lb. pepperoni
  • 1/2 lb. salami
  • 1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 or 3 small onions
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cut and mix all ingredients together as follows:

    Cook shells, drain, run under cold water until cooled.

    Cut all ingredients into chunks.

    Mix oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper.

    Pour over salad; mix well.

    Refrigerate.

    Better flavor if it sets for a few hours.
