  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. rotini curly noodles
  • 1/3 head cauliflower
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 2 carrots

Directions

    Blend together oil, vinegar, sugar, parsley flakes, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning and onion.

    Cook noodles; drain.

    Cut up cauliflower, green peppers, broccoli and carrots.

    Mix all and refrigerate.
