- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 lb. rotini curly noodles
- 1/3 head cauliflower
- 2 green peppers
- 1 head broccoli
- 2 carrots
Directions

1Blend together oil, vinegar, sugar, parsley flakes, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning and onion.

2Cook noodles; drain.

3Cut up cauliflower, green peppers, broccoli and carrots.
