- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. grease or oil
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 4 jalapeno peppers
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion; drain.

2Mix together first 5 ingredients.

3Put half in skillet.

4Add ground beef and onion, then add cheese and chopped jalapeno peppers.

5Cover with remaining cornmeal mixture.

6Sprinkle cheese on top.

7Cook at 375° for 50 to 55 minutes.
