Ingredients

  • 16 oz. macaroni product (the thick, various colored, ruffles or twists are best)
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. mustard (prepared)
  • 10 oz. mild cheese (in small cubes)
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
  • 3 to 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool. Add all other ingredients and mix well.

    Add tomatoes last so they don't come apart.

    Finish with enough salt, pepper and mayonnaise to suit your family.
