Ingredients
- 1 lb. rotoni (garden variety for color)
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. accent
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cucumber (peeled and chopped into small bite size pieces)
- 1/2 of a yellow onion (diced)
- 2 Roma tomatoes (diced) or may use cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
Directions

1Cook pasta (per package directions and don't overcook), drain but don't rinse. Mix oil into the pasta. In separate bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients (excluding cucumber, onion and tomatoes), then pour over pasta. Chill for several hours. 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving, add cucumber, onion, and tomatoes.
