Ingredients

  • 1 box rotini pasta
  • 2 Tbsp. spicy mustard
  • 1/2 lb. Feta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. vinegar

Directions

    Cook and drain pasta according to package directions.

    Slice broccoli into bite size pieces. Steam until tender and drain. When the pasta and broccoli have cooled, mix them together with the cheese.

    Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the pasta mixture.

    Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
