- 8 -12 ounces tri-colored pasta (rotini )
- 1 (20 ounce) can white meat chicken
- pitted black olives
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 3 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian dressing
Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions to al dente.

2Open chicken and olives and drain.

3Combine cooked pasta, vegetables, chicken and olives in a large bowl.

4Pour dressing over salad, toss and chill overnight.

5Toss again before serving.
