  • 8 -12 ounces tri-colored pasta (rotini )
  • 1 (20 ounce) can white meat chicken
  • pitted black olives
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 3 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, diced
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian dressing

Directions

    Cook pasta according to package directions to al dente.

    Open chicken and olives and drain.

    Combine cooked pasta, vegetables, chicken and olives in a large bowl.

    Pour dressing over salad, toss and chill overnight.

    Toss again before serving.
