- 8 oz. vermicelli
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
- 2 Tbsp. chopped shallots or onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Directions

1Cook pasta; drain.

2In large skillet, heat butter and oil. Add shrimp, shallots and garlic.

3Cook 2 minutes; add remaining ingredients and cook until shrimp is pink.

4Pour over pasta.
