  • 2 lbs medium shrimp, frozen
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen corn
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen carrots
  • 1 12 cups whole wheat pasta (Rotini)
  • 1 12 cups pasta (Rotini)
  • 1 12 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 12 cup white wine

Directions

    In a large pot bring water to a boil.

    Add pasta and cook until tender.

    When pasta is done remove from stove, drain and rinse.

    Then in an extra large skillet or fry pan heat spices (except for bay leaf), garlic, and oil until you smell it.

    Add veggie cook in still soften.

    Add shrimp with (1 cup) white wine cook until shrimp turns pink un frozen.

    Then place pasta in skillet or frying pan add rest of white wine and bay leaf.

    Place cover top for 5min.

    Remove cover add any grated cheese (extra sharp cheddar) .

    BEFORE CONSUMING TAKE OUT BAY LEAF.
