- 2 Bell peppers
- 1 red onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 75 grams cream cheese
- 50 ml milk
- 150 grams ham
- 75 grams feta cheese
- 100 grams pasta
Directions

1Preheat the oven at 200 C Celsius, and put on a pot of water.

2Boil the pasta (of your choice) according to the directions.

3Dice the onion, ham and garlic.

4Fry the onion and ham for a minute or 2, and then add the garlic.

5Add the cream cheese and milk to the onions etc, and stir well.

6Add pepper and salt to your likings.

7Cut the feta cheese in cubes, and add half of it to the sauce.

8Save the rest for topping.

9Drain the pasta when ready and add it to the sauce.

11Cut out the core of the bell peppers, and stuff it with the pasta mixture.

12Top the pepper of with the leftover feta cheese, and place it in the oven for 10 minutes.
