- 4 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- fresh ground pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, lightly toasted
- 1/4 c. fresh bread crumbs, lightly toasted
- Parmesan cheese to taste
Directions

1Bring large pot of water to boil.

2Add salt and spaghetti; boil 7 to 8 minutes.

3Heat 1/3 cup olive oil in saucepan.

4Add garlic and cook slowly for 3 minutes.

5Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.

6Put off the heat and stir in walnuts.
