Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles (I have also used linguine with great success)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Directions

1Boil the noodles, (or linguine) until al dente.

2Drain well.

3Mix heavy cream and sour cream, add to noodles with salt and pepper and 2 tablespoons of the butter.

4Cover and keep warm.

5Heat the remaining tablespoon of butter in a small pan.

6Saute the garlic for 3 minutes, being careful not to let it brown.

7Remove from heat, stir in chopped walnuts, Parmesan and chicken broth.

8Toss with the noodles.

9Serve immediately.
