- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 lb. linguini, cooked
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2Add onion. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir in garlic, red pepper flakes and salt. Cook 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and their liquid. Cook 15 minutes. Toss with pasta and parsley in a large serving bowl.
