Pasta with Shrimp, Dill, and Lemon

  • 1/2 pounds Rotini Or Pasta Of Your Choice
  • 1/2 pounds Salad Size Shrimp
  • 1/2 cups Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Dill (or Fresh If Available)
  • Juice Of One Lemon
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Directions

    Prepare pasta according to package directions.

    If shrimp are frozen, run under cold water until defrosted.
  3. 3
    Drain pasta and run under cold water.
  4. 4
    Add remaining ingredients to pasta and stir to combine.

    Serve as is or chill in the fridge prior to serving.

    A note on the salad size shrimp: I use Legal Seafoods salad sized shrimp that can be found at BJs.
