- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1 large yellow or red pepper, sliced
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 1/4 c. NutraSweet Spoonful
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Combine pasta, peas, onions and pepper in salad bowl.
