  • 1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen peas, cooked
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 1 large yellow or red pepper, sliced
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 1/4 c. NutraSweet Spoonful
  • salt and pepper

    Combine pasta, peas, onions and pepper in salad bowl.
