  • 5 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 chopped shallot
  • Capers
  • 1 can crushed tomato
  • 1 shot vodka
  • 1 c. red wine
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 cans Italian tuna packed in oil
  • Parsley
  • Basil
  • Parmesan
  • 1/2 box pasta

    Heat salted water for pasta

    Add anchovy and cook for 4 min

    Add capers, tomato, vodka, red wine, lemon juice and zest, and tuna

    Simmer sauce while pasta cooks
