  • 3 stalks celery, chopped

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can great northern beans
  • 1 (26 ounce) can spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 teaspoon thyme
  • 12 lb ditali pasta

    add onion carrot, celery, and garlic and saute for 10 minutes.

    add remaining ingredients except the pasta and simmer for 1 hour.

    cook pasta according to box and add just before serving, or add uncooked pasta to soup 1/2 hour before serving.
