  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. ground round
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 c. potatoes
  • 1/2 c. carrots
  • 3/4 c. yellow onions
  • 1/2 c. rutabaga

Directions

    Chop or cube potatoes, carrots, onions and rutabaga.

    Mix all ingredients well with hands.

    Use own pie crust recipe for double crust pie (10-inch pie pan).

    Put mixed ingredients into pie crust; vent top of crust.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then at 350° for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
