- 200 g penne
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 500 g ground beef
- 500 g pasta sauce
- 340 g fresh bechamel sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180°C.

2Grease a 22cm springform pan, and line base and sides with baking paper.

3Cook pasta until tender. Drain. Return to pan.

4Heat oil in large frypan. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.

5Add mince and cook until brown. Add pasta sauce and 1/4c water. Simmer uncovered for 5-7 minutes or until sauce thickens. Add to pasta.

6Combine bechamel sauce and eggs. add 1/2c to pasta mix, stir to combine.

7Place pasta mix in pan. Smooth surface. Pour over remaining sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan.

8Bake 25-30 minutes until golden.

9stand 20 minutes. Slice into wedges and serve.
