  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 7 to 8 oz. thin sliced pastrami (use three 2.5 oz. pkg.)
  • 2/3 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 2/3 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. plus garlic salt

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, sour cream, onion, green pepper and garlic salt.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes to blend well.

    Serve with fresh veggies or crackers.
