- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. Crisco (white)
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Cut Crisco into flour until pieces are size of peas.

2Add 1 egg and vinegar.

3Mix a little and add water.

4If it feels too sticky, add a little more flour.

5Roll out on floured surface, adding a little more flour.

6Roll around rolling pin to lift onto pie dish. Makes 2 layers.

7Any left over, freeze until you have enough for 1 more layer.

8Bake at 425° for about 12 minutes or according to pie directions.
